Due to each item being personally addressed and signed, we are unable to accept returned items.
If you believe that we have shipped the incorrect item, please contact us via the email listed below within 10 days of receipt. Once the error has been established, you may elect to either return the item at buyers expense or have a replacement item shipped at no additional cost.
For physical goods, unless an error has been made on the products information page, or you have been sent the wrong item, there are no refunds accepted.
For digital goods, according to the amount of time needed to create these personalized digital goods, we cannot offer any refunds. This includes custom videos, please be very clear in your original request during purchase.
